Finished!

I know I wrote about this yesterday, but I am finished coding interviews! It has only taken the better part of five months to arrive at this point, but I am here, and I love it. There is still a lot to do before we start on the paper, but the end is in sight. It was kind of funny today when we (Bradley and Sarah) were editing the interviews. The transcriber accidentally wrote "moth" instead of "month" and Sarah was so tired that she busted up laughing. Between her tiredness and my humor of the situation we were both crying. I haven't laughed like that in ages. Sarah also fell asleep mid-sentence,which she vehemently denies, but Bradly and I know she did.

Speaking of finishing things, I finally got my blood drawn today (I've had the order since the beginning of November). They used a vein in my arm instead of my wrist or hand. She only poked my once and didn't dig around, so I was fine with that. They took three tubes though. The only time I was uncomfortable was during the last tube when my decided to slow down, she had to wiggle the needle. Other than that, I was pretty chill.

The only enlightening thing that I learned at the doctor today was I lost 10 pounds since the last time I was weighed in December. I am pretty excited about that. Maybe it will motivate me to lose even more. I have always had the desire to be under 200 pounds. I guess I learned two things today. I might be getting my jaw unlocked. I have not opened my mouth all the way in over two months. I am so excited.
